Founded May 3, 1960 by 35 charter members, Pine Crest is an independent church dedicated to proclaiming God's Word and exalting Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe our distinctive ministry in the Longview area to be expository Bible teaching and an emphasis on foreign missions.

We exist to. . .

. . . unite together (in company with other believers) for worship, instruction and fellowship (Acts 2:42).

. . . preach God's saving grace expressed in the shed blood and finished work on Calvary so that men might be saved (Titus 2:11; Ephesians 1:7).

. . . teach the Word of God to believers so that they might be built up in the faith, once for all delivered to the saints (Acts 20:32; Jude 3).

. . . equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12).

. . . propagate the Gospel to the ends of the earth by supporting missionaries who minister a like precious faith (Acts 1:8).
